Villa Sport offers exciting and fulfilling career opportunities in a fast-paced, energizing environment. The Aquatics Lead supports the Aquatics Director by upholding standards, training staff, and delivering five-star service in clean and safe facilities.

This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage and a benefits package. Compensation ranges from $22.10 to $24.55 per hour, with a 401(k) match up to 4%, PTO, complimentary club membership, and discounts on club goods and services.

Formación

• Understands and can utilize American Red Cross standards of teamwork, rescue and surveillance.
• Swimming proficiency.
• Minimum of 2-year lifeguarding preferred.
• Minimum of 2-year swim instructor preferred.
• Experience scheduling lifeguards and swim lessons preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates good customer service skills, energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.
• American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (includes CPR/First AID/AED for the Professional Rescuer). (Ellis guards must obtain a valid Red cross Lifeguard certification within 30 days of hire).
• Lifeguard Instructor (LGI) Certification preferred.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Have physical, visual, and auditory ability to perform essential functions of the job description.

• Help meet financial budgets for the aquatics program.
• Empower employees through training and leadership.
• Deliver five-star service and maintain clean and safe Aquatics facilities.
