Villa Sport in San Jose, CA is seeking an Aquatics Lead Associate to support the Aquatics Director in delivering safe, top‑quality experiences for members and guests.

This full‑time role trains and leads lifeguard staff, coordinates swim lessons, and upholds ARC standards and club guidelines while providing five‑star service and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• ARC Lifeguard Certification with CPR/First Aid/AED required.
• Minimum 2 years lifeguarding experience; swim instruction experience preferred.
• Experience scheduling lifeguards and swim lessons.
• Ellis guards must obtain a valid ARC Lifeguard certification within 30 days of hire.
