Job summary

Villa Sport Athletic Club and Spa is seeking a Lifeguard to maintain water safety, monitor pool areas, and assist members and guests with any concerns within the scope of the role.

The position offers competitive hourly wages, 401(k) with company match up to 4%, complimentary club membership, and flexible scheduling. Eligibility includes current lifeguard certification and AR/ Ellis certification as required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (CPR/First Aid/AED) or Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform lifeguard duties and enforce water safety policies and procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and provide CPR/First Aid as needed.
• Assist members and guests with information and basic service while on duty.
