RethinkFirst, a market leader in behavioral and mental health technology, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our accounting and finance team, reporting to the Controller. This role will be a key part of day-to-day accounting and the month-end close process.

You will handle bank reconciliations, assist with balance sheet and P&L reconciliations, and ensure timely financial reporting. You will also support external auditors while upholding GAAP and internal controls in a remote-friendly

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsabilidades

We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join our accounting and finance team, reporting to the Controller. This will be a key role in our accounting function.

Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including bank reconciliations.

• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Assist the month-end close process, including balance sheet and P&L reconciliations.
• Ensure deadlines are met for financial reporting and management review.
• Support external auditors by providing requested documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and GAAP standards

Preferred undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, with 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.

Advanced Excel skills (ability to create pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions)
