RethinkFirst, a leader in behavioral health technology, is hiring a Staff Accountant. You will join the accounting and finance team, reporting to the Controller, and play a key role in day-to-day accounting and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities include bank reconciliations, resolving discrepancies, ensuring timely financial reporting, and supporting auditors. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years' accounting experience and strong Excel skills, with remote options for many states.

Competenze

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, with 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience performing bank reconciliations and supporting month-end close.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls.

Mansioni

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities and bank reconciliations.

We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join our accounting and finance team, reporting to the Controller. This will be a key role in our accounting function.

Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including bank reconciliations.

• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Assist the month-end close process, including balance sheet and P&L reconciliations.
• Ensure deadlines are met for financial reporting and management review.
• Support external auditors by providing requested documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and GAAP standards

Preferred undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, with 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.

Advanced Excel skills (ability to create pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions)
