Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and guests by executing site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization, document arrivals and departures, and communicate access concerns.
• Respond to incidents and resident concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of residential areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain daily activity reports and incident documentation.
