Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Access Permissions in Boca Raton, FL to safeguard residents and guests while maintaining a secure environment. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and respond to security-related concerns, delivering exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes access control procedures, incident reporting, and regular patrols within a residential community.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, maintain visitor logs, and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with site procedures.
