Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21+ years of age for role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and guests by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, document arrivals and departures, and communicate access concerns to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, and promptly report security-related observations and policy violations.
