Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years combined armed security or law enforcement experience.
• Must have PA Concealed Carry Weapons permit.
• Act 235 qualification required for PA positions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the site and perimeter.
• Preserve order and enforce site rules and directives.
• Maintain proficiency with protective equipment and weapons.
• Greet and escort visitors, secure ingress/egress points and sensitive info.
• Report safety concerns and incidents per post orders; liaise with client staff as needed.
• Respond to alarms and act as a first responder when necessary.
