Job summary

Allied Universal in Imperial, PA is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Access Control Patrol to protect clients across multiple industries. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and deliver courteous customer service while maintaining site-specific security procedures.

This role requires being at least 18, with a high school diploma, and the ability to use a computer or tablet. The position offers full-time hours with day and evening shifts and opportunities for growth

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, loading zones, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site policies; assist with directing guests to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports, and communicate observations and security-related concerns through established reporting channels.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Access Control Patrol in Imperial, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
