Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, invites applications for a Security Officer Full Time Access Control in Greenville, SC. You will serve clients across Commercial Real Estate, performing access control and patrol duties while maintaining a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.

You will respond to alarms, incidents and emergencies with calm professionalism, document events, and uphold site protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required under federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors and clients while following site security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the property including common areas and parking facilities.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity or hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports for leadership and property managers.
