Job summary

Allied Universal® seeks a Security Officer Access Control in Ladson, SC to safeguard client facilities. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, handle badge access, and deliver friendly customer service at an automotive location.

A valid driver's license is required for driving shifts, with on-site duties across multiple schedules. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, background check, and ability to operate a computer or tablet.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience are preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Applicants may be subject to background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at an automotive location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes and maintain access records.
• Control vehicle and pedestrian access to designated areas and report unauthorized activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies following site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, and perimeter.
