Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Unarmed) for a full-time position in Ladson, SC. The role involves access control, monitoring entry points, and delivering strong customer service at an automotive facility.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access credentials, and maintain visitor records.
• Respond to incidents and escalation procedures in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Deter unauthorized access by monitoring restricted areas and reporting suspicious activity.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
