The Security Officer – Property Access role in Ladson, SC focuses on unarmed patrols, access control, and excellent customer service to deter incidents and safeguard people and property.

You will work a full-time schedule with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour, contributing to a collaborative and safety-first work environment that values

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21 for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen required by law and policy.
• Access control and badge management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and follow site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor/employee activity per site procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents clearly for leadership.
