Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Active CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience are preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A background check will be conducted as part of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following site-specific policies and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, grounds, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe personnel, visitors, and vehicle activity per site rules.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.
