Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a security-related role.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace/defense location, following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to identify irregularities.
• Monitor access to controlled areas and verify credentials; document activity.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs for leadership.
