Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds or more is preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees following site procedures.
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials, and direct authorized personnel.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document them per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the site to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Communicate professionally and document incidents and access-control issues.
