Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of advising or academic support experience OR three years in duties listed.
• Bachelor’s degree may substitute for one year of experience; an Associate’s degree may substitute for six months.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, student-centered advising and advocacy to support persistence and timely credential completion.
• Meet with students individually or in groups to monitor progress and develop educational goals and course plans.
• Lead testing operations including scheduling, proctoring, accommodations, and communications to ensure secure, compliant testing.
