Action Behavior Centers in Schertz, TX is hiring for a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. No prior experience required—paid training and full RBT certification are provided.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays. Competitive pay by education level, plus growth opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
