Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Seguin, TX is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and offers paid training, with RBT certification fully covered after hire.

Position is full-time, with daytime hours Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm, and optional Saturdays based on patient needs. Training is provided with opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• No experience necessary; paid training and RBT certification fully covered.
• Experience in childcare or similar roles is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work.
