Action Behavior Centers in Schertz, TX is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician to support one-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years. You will implement treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play and structured activities in a caring, team-focused environment.

The role offers stable daytime hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) with optional Saturdays, 90% health coverage, and semi-annual raises as you grow clinically and professionally.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching and getting on/off the floor
• Able to maintain an active pace with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset: may cover nearby ABC clinic if needed

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow
