Action Behavior Centers in Richmond, TX is hiring for a Behavior Technician role. You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following treatment plans and collecting data. No prior experience required; paid training and RBT certification are fully covered.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree and be prepared to obtain RBT within 20 days of hire. Hours are full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required and must be verifiable.
• No experience necessary; paid training provided and RBT certification fully covered.
• Experience in childcare or health-related roles is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
