Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Magnolia, TX is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. No experience necessary, paid training, and RBT certification fully covered.

You’ll follow treatment plans, collect session data, and support kids in developing communication, social, and independent skills while collaborating with a caring, team-focused group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; proof of degree must be provided during hiring.
• No experience necessary; paid training and RBT certification fully covered.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs; active with young children.
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, Magnolia, TX.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
