Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism in Converse, TX, is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.

You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play and activities. No experience is required; paid training and full coverage of the RBT certification are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; must provide proof of degree
• No experience required; paid training provided
• RBT certification fully covered; willing to complete within 20 days of hire
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• 18 years old minimum
• Play-based ABA therapy experience helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed
• Observe and document progress during sessions
