Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism in Aurora, IL offers a full-time Behavior Technician role focused on one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 18 months to 8 years. You will follow treatment plans, help children learn via play and activities, and maintain a safe, engaging therapy space.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform active pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Observe a Behavior Technician at work.
