Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring for a full-time Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years in Romeoville, IL. This role uses play-based ABA to build communication, social, and independent skills. Training is provided and RBT certification is paid; degree proof is required.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays. Compensation includes base pay by education level and a clear growth path, with benefits and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; you must provide degree proof (diploma or transcript).
• No experience required; paid training and RBT certification fully covered.
• Experience in childcare or health sciences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
