Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician to support children with autism through play-based ABA therapy. You will conduct one-on-one sessions, follow treatment plans, and collect data to track progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
