Action Behavior Centers seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children, delivering play-based ABA therapy. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play and engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and offers paid training plus full RBT certification coverage. Attractive full‑time hours and a supportive team environment are provided in Burr Ridge, IL.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team-oriented work mindset and flexibility to support a nearby clinic if needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Observe and learn from ongoing ABA therapy demonstrations and training.
