Job summary

Wedgwood Christian Services is hiring an Applied Behavior Technician for a full-time focused-based intervention role. The position involves 1:1 work with two- to twelve-year-old children with autism, implementing NET and DTT under BCBA/BCaBA supervision, and facilitating engaging activities that support learning and social interaction.

We provide comprehensive training, ongoing supervision, and paid credentialing opportunities such as RBT.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with ASD population is preferred.
• Prior experience working with children is preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to establish rapport with young clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement NET and DTT under BCBAs guidance.
• Work 1:1 with two to twelve year old children with ASD.
• Facilitate play and social interaction in a fun, engaging environment.
• Design and conduct daily small group activities.
