Job summary

Wedgwood Christian Services seeks an Applied Behavior Technician (PT) to work 1:1 with 2- to six-year-old children with autism, implementing NET and DTT under BCBA/BCaBA supervision.

The part-time position offers paid training, RBT credentialing support, and access to on-site facilities including a gym and wellness center. Nutrition, supervision, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with ASD population is preferred.
• Prior experience working with children is preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to establish rapport with young clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA intervention for children aged 2–6 with ASD.
• Implement NET and DTT under supervision of BCBAs.
• Facilitate play and social interactions and run small group activities.
