Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician in Colorado Springs. You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following individualized treatment plans, and collecting session data. No experience required; paid training and RBT certification are fully covered.

The role offers full-time daytime hours, with potential Saturdays based on patient needs, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles within ABC's supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Paid training and RBT certification provided.
• Experience in childcare or mental health roles is a plus.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
