Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years. You will follow personalized plans, collect data, and create an engaging, safe therapy environment.

The role offers predictable daytime hours (8am–5pm), with possible Saturdays; starting immediately with full-time hours and opportunities for growth within ABC’s clinical ladder.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain an active pace with young children.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
