Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Colorado Springs is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician for full-time ABA therapy with children ages 18 months to 8 years. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and support skill development in communication, social interaction, and independence.

The role offers paid training, fully covered RBT certification, and a clear growth path within a supportive team focused on helping kids succeed. Shift schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with possible Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required for the role.
• Paid training and full coverage of RBT certification are provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
