Action Behavior Centers in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide play-based ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs; immediate start possible.

You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and collaborate with a supportive team while fostering a safe, engaging therapy environment. ABC offers growth, paid RBT certification, and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
