Action Behavior Centers in Colorado Springs is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help kids learn through play, movement, and reading.

No experience is required; paid training is provided and we will fully cover your RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• No experience needed; paid training and RBT certification fully covered.
• Experience in childcare or mental health roles is a plus.
• Psychology, Child Development, or Health Sciences degrees are valued.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
