Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Wheat Ridge, CO is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect data, help children learn through play, movement, reading, and games, and stay engaged in therapy sessions.

No experience is required; we provide paid training and will cover your RBT certification.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree required (diploma or official transcript showing degree awarded).
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and assist children on the floor.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Team mindset; may support nearby ABC clinic if needed.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
