Job summary

Graham Behavior Services in West Long Branch, NJ, seeks a full-time Behavior Therapist to join our clinical team on a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

You will deliver ABA sessions per Behavior Intervention Plan, collect data, and collaborate with the supervising BCBA. Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism are essential.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field, ABA experience, and RBT certification or pursuit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field, or active pursuit of one.
• At least one year of ABA experience with developmental disabilities.
• RBT certification through the BACB, or willingness to pursue certification as required.
• Experience applying behavior analytic principles to create meaningful, socially significant changes in client behavior.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team.
• A high level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism in all workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, intensive ABA therapy sessions according to each client’s Behavior Intervention Plan or Treatment Plan.
• Collect, graph, and discuss progress data daily; maintain accurate session notes and documentation.
• Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA about program updates, materials, and any needed changes.
• Keep families informed about the child’s daily routine, progress, and observed incidents.
• Attend all required meetings, trainings, and events scheduled by GBS.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
