Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking Behavior Technicians to support children on the autism spectrum at our Franklin, WI center. You will engage in 1:1 sessions, implementing ABA-based targets and documenting progress as part of a dedicated team.

No prior experience is required, and paid training is provided to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Full-time teammates receive benefits including health options and retirement matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field is preferred.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.
• Experience working with children with special needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 client sessions; no group billing.
• Use ABA-based activities to assess client interaction and progress.
• Document progress and support skill development for children.
