Job summary

Danville Area School District now has an opening for a full-time 2nd shift custodian in Danville, PA. The successful candidate will perform basic custodial tasks such as cleaning, moving furniture, waxing and scrubbing floors; training will be provided if needed.

Starting rate is $15.40 per hour plus shift differential, and a valid PA driver’s license is required. Act 34, 114, 151 and 126 clearances and a TB test are required upon hire.

Qualifications

• Valid PA driver's license required.
• Act 34, 114, 151 and 126 clearances and TB test required upon hire.
• Experience in custodial tasks preferred but training available.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine custodial tasks including cleaning, waxing, scrubbing floors.
• Move and arrange furniture as needed to facilitate cleaning and events.
