Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum one year of experience in programming, web development or database architecture.
• Experience with PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing software, hardware, and system requirements.
• Develop, test, implement, and document software code.
• Translate technical designs, diagrams, and specifications into functioning programs.
• Prepare test data, validate software functionality, and correct programming errors.
• Coordinate with developers, testers, and reviewers to identify and implement modifications.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing new or enhanced software and hardware.
• Convert DVDs and other static media into MP4 or streaming-compatible formats.
• Convert print materials into digital documents and web pages.
• Create custom electronic forms, assessments, and data collection tools.
• Support website content development and maintenance.
• Review and remediate digital content for accessibility compliance.
• Maintain programming documentation and support ongoing system improvements.
