Job summary

BCMC is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and deploy secure cybersecurity capabilities for a U.S. Government program. You will work on front-end and back-end components, automate tests, and optimize performance while implementing secure coding practices.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, U.S. citizenship, and an active Secret clearance. You will collaborate across DevOps, infrastructure, and development teams, lead multiple software teams, and contribute to cloud

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• 8+ years of directly relevant software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and NodeJS.
• Strong front-end and back-end framework knowledge.
• Experience with CI/CD and version control systems.
• Cloud platform familiarity is a plus.
• Experience with SQL/Oracle/MySQL/JDBC.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance front-end and back-end web applications.
• Perform unit and integration testing; ensure software quality.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and secure code; implement secure coding practices.
• Troubleshoot defects and ensure system performance, scalability, and security.
• Lead multiple software development teams and mentor teammates.
• Document code, processes, and best practices.
