Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Software Engineer to contribute across the software development lifecycle for GEOINT missions. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications and microservices, integrating secure, cloud-native solutions in an Agile setting.

You’ll work on RESTful APIs and modern front-end frameworks, collaborate with mission stakeholders, and help advance DevSecOps practices to deliver secure, high-quality capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, SWE, or related field.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience or 2–6 years with a Master’s.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
• Experience building secure, cloud-native applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions for GEOINT missions.
• Participate in Agile sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Build and maintain containerized apps using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop RESTful APIs and web interfaces with modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with users and product managers to refine requirements.
• Support DevSecOps pipelines and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Address prioritized tasks from the product owner.
