Hadrian, based in Los Angeles, is building autonomous factories and a FactoryOS platform to transform American manufacturing. We’re seeking exceptional engineers to own and scale core product verticals, working with React/Next/TypeScript on the frontend and Go/Python on the backend.

You’ll collaborate with customers and internal teams, with space to grow and lead initiatives. With a mission to accelerate manufacturing and a culture of autonomy, you’ll join a fast-paced, high-impact environment

Qualifications

• Experience shipping modern full-stack applications (front-end: React/Next/TypeScript; back-end: Go and Python).
• Experience shipping critical projects or initiatives as tech lead.
• Able to work with fast iteration cycles in a high-stakes environment.

Responsibilities

• Scope, architect, implement, and deploy critical applications that drive revenue and impact.
• Own a product vertical and build a team around it over time.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to drive the roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineers, operators, and CAM programmers to build robust systems.
• Operate with autonomy and opportunities for growth.
