Job summary

Warp is seeking a Software Engineer on the Product team in New York City to build full-stack features across HRIS, payroll, benefits, IT, and Warp AI agents. You will interface directly with customers and the sales team to translate feedback into tangible product improvements.

You will collaborate with the CTO and CEO, shipping high-impact work and helping Warp scale 10x in the coming year. This role requires frequent collaboration from our NYC office, five days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience building full-stack applications.
• Strong expertise in a modern, strongly typed programming language.
• Experience designing and building reliable backend systems.
• Willingness to work from NYC office five days a week.
• Ability to translate customer feedback into product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and own product features across Warp's full surface: HRIS, payroll, benefits, IT, Warp AI agents, and more.
• Work full-stack: schema design, backend services, and polished frontends.
• Interface directly with customers and the sales team to understand pain points and turn them into product.
• Collaborate directly with the CTO and CEO.
• Help us scale 10x in the next year.
