Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack .NET Developer to join our customer service development team of 6–10 developers. This role will be responsible for delivering new web application and IVR functionality to both customers and contact agents. The work will include a blend of on-premise and Azure-based development across various technologies. Daily activities will involve attending daily SCRUM meetings, designing, extracting, transforming, and integrating data, developing new functionality, and testing. The developer will also be required to present completed user stories during biweekly business demos.

This position requires the ability to work through ambiguous requirements, operate in a fast-paced environment, and deliver results with minimal oversight.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in daily SCRUM meetings and biweekly demo sessions.
• Design, develop, and implement web and IVR solutions for customer service applications.
• Extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Develop RESTful APIs and web services using .NET Core and related frameworks.
• Implement secure coding practices and adhere to SOLID design principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver optimal technical solutions.
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Work with Azure-based services and on-premise components as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as part of the development team.

REQUIRED SKILLS
