The .NET Developer will join a dynamic team of 6–10 developers working in the customer service domain to build and enhance web applications and IVR functionalities for both customers and contact agents. The role involves developing solutions across on-premise and Azure environments, using a variety of technologies. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in modern .NET and web frameworks, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and be comfortable working with minimal oversight in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily SCRUM meetings and collaborate with team members to achieve sprint goals.
- Design, develop, test, and integrate new features as defined by user stories.
- Work with both on-premise and Azure-based applications.
- Handle data extraction, transformation, and integration tasks.
- Analyze and clarify ambiguous requirements to ensure effective implementation.
- Ensure code quality through adherence to SOLID principles and secure coding standards.
- Collaborate with peers and business stakeholders to identify optimal technical solutions.
Required Skills:- Proficiency with .NET Core and Entity Framework Core.
- Strong understanding of SOLID design principles and secure coding practices.
- Experience developing RESTful services and Web APIs.
- Familiarity with web-service tools such as Postman, SoapUI, and Fiddler.
- Experience with CSS frameworks (Bootstrap or Angular Material).
- Working knowledge of Azure services, including App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Storage (Blob, Data Lake, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL).
- Experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipeline development.
- Solid understanding of SQL Server, including performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.
- Experience with unit and integration testing.
Preferred Skills:- Experience with Azure CLI and PowerShell.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle databases.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
