Job summary

Oakwood Country Club seeks an on-site Marketing & Communications professional to execute the club’s plan in partnership with the Corporate Director. You will own design production, social media, website content, and member communications and escalate budget items as needed.

You will independently design materials, manage newsletters, print checks, and ensure brand standards are followed while coordinating with department heads and vendors.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in marketing/design generalist or coordinator role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and social media management tools is required.
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Strong independent judgment, project management, and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and production of print and digital marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Own social media content calendar, creation, posting, and engagement.
• Maintain website content, member directory, and on-site communications.
• Coordinate club publications and email campaigns with corporate oversight.
• Lead local publicity and liaise with department heads for materials.
