Responsibilities

• Coordinate Oaklawn's presence at events where Oaklawn participates or sponsors.
• Maintain marketing materials and brand standards at Oaklawn offices.
• Support marketing team with social media and digital media management.
• Coordinate events, pre-event reservations, registrations, and onsite staffing as needed.
• Ensure marketing materials, giveaways, banners, and table runners are ready for events.
• Liaise with PR and print vendors for logos, ads, and materials.
