Job summary

The role directs editorial style, brand identity, and the club's digital presence, reporting to the General Manager and guiding membership policy, communications, and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality/Resort Management, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• Five years of relevant work experience, including three years in hospitality.
• Website content management experience; social media experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Membership Administration: manage inquiries, applications, tours, orientation, and retention reports.
• Oversee Member & Community Relations: engage Members, respond to feedback, represent Members' interests.
