Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a BioPharma Reporting & Specialty Analytics engineer to craft full-stack data solutions. You’ll build analytic products from EMR, PMS, and PDS data, delivering reports and dashboards that help healthcare stakeholders improve efficacy and reduce costs.

You will enrich datasets from reference sources, define new data products, and support Sales enablement tools. Strong Python and SQL skills with experience in healthcare analytics are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (OOP, Declarative, Functional).
• Python experience is required.
• SSIS experience is preferred.
• Airflow experience is desired.
• Data visualization experience with Tableau is desired.
• Must have SQL experience with relational databases, MS SQL preferred.
• Comfortable working with open-source technologies.
• Experience with healthcare data is preferred.
• Experience building & deployment pipelines to support CI/CD; ArgoCD, Harbor, Liquibase.
• Experience with GCP is preferred; GKE Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Build analytic products from clinical data sourced from EMR, PMS, and PDS systems.
• Create reports and dashboards to drive efficacy and usage of clinical products.
• Enrich data elements from reference sources to enhance analytics.
• Develop new products to enable pharmaceutical manufacturers’ data initiatives.
• Support and build Sales enablement tools for feasibility requests.
• Manage daily operations and provide ongoing support.
